*At a concert in Virginia last week, Robin Thicke dedicated his single “Lost Without U” to Paula Patton just days after the couple announced their separation. On Sunday, he reportedly pulled out the big gun to woo her back – Al Green.
At his Sunday concert at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, the 36-year-old – still wearing his wedding ring – took a break mid-concert to interact with the crowd. A fan yelled out to Thicke, “I love Paula!”
The declaration prompted the singer to state one of his own: “I do too,” he said passionately. Following the interaction, he sang Green’s “Let’s Stay Together.”
As previously reported, Thicke told his Fairfax, Va. audience last week that he’d written “Lost Without U” for his actress wife, before singing the hit song for the packed house. “For y’all that don’t know, me and my wife separated,” he told the crowd in Virginia. “But I’m trying to get my girl back. She’s a good woman.”
The couple, who announced their separation just last month, married in 2005 and have a son, Julian Fuego, who will celebrate his fourth birthday next month. They began dating when Thicke was 16.
