*She’s trying to move forward with her music career, but it seems like trouble keeps following Porsha Williams.
Now she’s being accused of stealing a song produced by Pierre Medor.
The song, “Perfectly Worthless” is instead for a R&B diva… that’s not her!
“The recent airing of ‘Perfectly Worthless’ [on] ‘RHOA’ has come as a complete surprise to us. In the business more than one artist will record the same song hoping for the right outcome, as was the case with ‘Perfectly Worthless,’” his reps said in a statement.
The statement continued with, “it was quickly determined that this song wasn’t the best match for her, so we chose not to sell her the song and notified her management of our decision.”
But the statement didn’t end without some shade being thrown — coming for Williams’ failed marriage with Kordell Stewart.
“‘Perfectly Worthless’ is a great song and she loves it…we get that. But just like everybody doesn’t look good in spandex, every voice doesn’t fit every song,” Pierre’s camp stated. “It’s just unfortunate that Porsha has chosen to create another delusional marriage with this song by airing it and claiming to have taken part in its creation.”
But it seems as though like a R&B diva won the song! Sorry Williams and her vocals.
“Perfectly Worthless” will also be getting some air time on TV One since the single was actually sold to Syleena Johnson, who the producer feels really has the vocals to make his song shine.
The statement continued:
“Syleena, who has a phenomenal voice, did an amazing job recording the song and plans to include ‘Perfectly Worthless’ on her forthcoming album as well as the up coming season of ‘R&B Divas.’”
