Courtney Ann Sanford, 32, died after crashing into a truck Thursday morning in High Point, N.C., according to My Fox 8. Police say she was posting selfies and a Facebook status while driving.

Investigators determined that she updated her status from her cell phone a minute before they received a 911 call. She reportedly wrote, “The happy song makes me HAPPY,” referring to Pharrell Williams’ Oscar nominated tune.

Her car crossed the road’s median and slammed into the truck, catching on fire. The truck hit a tree, but its 73-year-old driver was uninjured, My Fox 8 reports.

“The Facebook text happened at 8:33 a.m. We got the call on the wreck at 8:34 a.m.,” Lt. Chris Weisner of the High Point Police department told the news station. “In a matter of seconds, a life was over just so she could notify some friends that she was happy.”
