*It’s déjà vu all over again.

Naya Rivera’s camp says someone is putting out false information in an attempt to destroy her career, and they’re threatening to sue whomever it is when they find out.

A representative for the “Glee” star is denied reports that Columbia Records dropped her from the roster following the poor sales of her debut single, “Sorry,” released in September featured her then-boyfriend Big Sean.

Her rep had to come out earlier this week to deny reports that she had also been fired from “Glee” in the wake of a fight with producers over co-star Lea Michele.

“Any rumors or statements made as fact, that Naya Rivera was fired or let go from ‘Glee’ or dropped from her recording contract, are categorically false,” read the statement from her rep. “Someone obviously has an agenda to damage Naya’s good name and the media are failing at their duty to responsibly vet their sources and verify what is true and what is not.”

The press release continues: “Naya’s attorneys are prepared to take any and all legal action to enforce and protect her rights.”
