*A celebrity-ridden red carpet was the perfect start to kick off this year’s American Black Film Festival (ABFF).
With the opening night gala screening of “Think Like A Man Too” being the highlight of the evening, festival attendees are eagerly anticipating what the remainder of this fete has in store which will end June 22nd.
From Ashanti, T.I. , Niecy Nash, Eric Lasalle, and ABFF Founder Jeff Friday to Brad James, Kevin Hart, Bill Duke and the surprising red carpet sighting of Ice-T and Coco, the opening night of the ABFF did not fail to amaze.
The ABFF is a yearly film festival lasting four days where up and coming producers, directors, screenwriters come together to showcase their talent and skills. Founded by Jeff Friday, this film festival is the culmination of many hardworking individuals who believe in and invest in the potential of these young film entrepreneurs.
Film screenings consisting of feature films, shorts, documentaries, and comedies, as well as Master classes’ by both Robert Townsend and Bill Duke are all part of the festival, not to mention a multitude of educational seminars and an Entertainment & Lifestyle Expo.
