Idris Elba and Taraji P. Henson in “No Good Deed”

*Talk about moving from one extreme to the other…

Idris Elba goes from playing beloved South African president Nelson Mandela to the most evil character imaginable in Sam Miller’s “No Good Deed.”

Elba plays Colin, a murderous escaped con who is especially violent toward women. Taraji P. Henson plays Terri, a wife and mother of two.

During a violent storm, Colin appears at Terri’s door asking to borrow the phone for car trouble. He eventually smooth-talks his way into her home. But once inside, all hell breaks loose.

The understatement of the year…Terri must fight to survive.

Elba also executive produces “No Good Deed,” which is written by Aimee Lagos and produced by Will Packer and Lee Clay.
