This statement, most likely served without a stutter, came from Larry Klipp of Butte County; and is one of many echoed in a room full of republicans in South Dakota, who voted 191-176 in favor of a resolution to impeach president Barack Obama based on a claim that he has “violated his oath of office in numerous ways.”

The South Dakota Republican Party state convention was the place where a resolution was passed to lift the president from office; citing three items specifically: the release of five Taliban combatants in a trade for captive U.S. soldier Bowe Bergdahl, Obama’s statement that people could keep insurance companies, and recent EPA regulations on power plants.
