*Things are looking up for Tracy Morgan, in particular, his health. Keep in mind that following the traffic accident he was in last week, he was hospitalized in critical condition.
Well now, according to a statement from his publicist on Monday, “doctors have upgraded the comedian/actor to fair condition.” Here’s more:
“Happy to pass along that Tracy has been upgraded to fair condition, which is a great improvement,” the statement said. “His personality is certainly starting to come back as well. Also, Jeff Millea’s family shared that he has been upgraded to fair condition as well.”
As we reported, Tracy Morgan, Jeffrey Millea and two others were injured in a traffic collision after a tractor trailer, owned by Walmart reportedly collided with the limo bus they were traveling in on the New Jersey Turnpike, causing the bus to flip over and leading to a multi-vehicle crash.
Comedian James McNair, whose stage name was Jimmy Mack, was killed in the crash. The group of comedians was returning from a comedy show in Delaware at the time of the crash.
The alleged driver of the truck, 35-year-old Kevin Roper of Jonesboro, Ga., has been charged with one count of death by auto and four counts of assault by auto. Roper pleaded not guilty last week.
