*Whoopi Goldberg’s name is in a crazy $5 million lawsuit filed by a man whose real issue is with the charity the actress supports.

In the legal papers, Wajid Al-Qadaffi accuses officials at Services for the UnderServed of sabotaging his chances at getting a job, even though he’s a black man with a college degree.

The organization helps struggling New Yorkers get back on their feet and into employment, but Al-Qadaffi claims charity workers purposefully failed to land him any interviews.

Al-Qadaffi says he applied for 16-20 jobs, but the folks at SUS didn’t get him a single interview — despite his impressive resume. And he blames Whoopi, too.

Why?

According to TMZ, the “View” co-host was targeted because she appears on the back page of its brochure as one of the charity’s benefactors.
