The rapper from 3rd Bass, born Peter Nash, has pleaded guilty to failing to pay state income taxes in Albany, New York, reports the AP.

The Albany County District Attorney’s Office says Nash did not pay taxes in 2009, 2010 and 2011. The Clifton Park resident must pay $13,101 to the state in back taxes, penalties and interest. He also will be on probation for three years.

The Albany Times Union reports that Nash pleaded guilty to misdemeanor criminal tax fraud. He will be sentenced on Aug. 26.
