*John Legend and his supermodel wife Chrissy Tiegen are trying to sell their home in the Hollywood Hills for nearly $2 million so they can trade up to a larger property, reports the New York Daily News.
“We’re ready to expand a little bit,” Legend told the Wall Street Journal, which first reported the listing. “If we could have the twice-as-big version of this place, we would get it.”
The three-bedroom property encompasses 2,000 square feet and has a built in recording studio, from which Legend recorded some of his most recent album, “Love in the Future.”
It was built in the 1960s and has Asian-inspired décor, such as a gated bronze entrance with carvings of a Thai village and a back garden with a planted reflecting pool.
