*Phaedra Parks is being forced to open up about her soon-to-be ex-husband Apollo Nida’s criminal enterprise.
According to TMZ, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star will sit down for a second deposition in her defamation lawsuit against author Angela Stanton over her book “Lies of a Real Housewife: Tell the Truth and Shame the Devil.”
In the tell-all, Stanton claims Phaedra was always aware of Apollo committing fraud.
Unlike the previous deposition, the judge has ordered Parks to answer questions about Apollo. Attorneys for Stanton say they need the information to build the defense’s case.
Nida turned himself in to jail on Sept. 10 to begin serving an eight-year sentence following conviction on several federal fraud charges. After five years of marriage, Parks has “retained an attorney with the intent of amicably ending her marriage,” her rep announced last week.
Reminder: Phaedra will be on “Ellen” tomorrow, Oct. 15.
