*After being dragged by Chris Brown on Instagram Monday, Adrienne Bailon used the same medium to respond indirectly to the singer’s expletive-filled rant in which Breezy claimed she dissed his girlfriend Karrueche Tran.

But first…Brown updated his original tirade in a new post explaining what really set him off.

“Yesterday’s roast was amusing to some and disrespectful to others,” the 25-year-old wrote. “All in all the whole s— was childish. I could’ve have been politically correct and went about the situation more civilized but I’m not fake nor do I need to ever comment on anyone’s life. I felt the need to say what I felt. It seems everyone can always have an opinion on ‘CHRIS BROWN’ and chime in whenever they want. The show was depicting relationships. They gave their views on my relationship by bashing my significant other for being with me publicly on national television. There are too many Pots calling the kettle black.”

Bailon, 31, addressed the incident by responding to a follower (via The Shade Room).

“Who said anything bad about her?” wrote Bailon about Tran. “I actually know her… We’re cool. The conversation was generally speaking of anyone who may ‘possibly’ be in a bad relationship. Please don’t start drama that doesn’t EXIST. If she’s happy… so am I.”

(Bailon first speculated whether Tran was surrounded by quality friends who could express concern about her on-again, off-again relationship with Brown on Monday’s episode of “The Real.”)

The former 3LW singer also discussed her career, which Brown mocked in his original post: “U can’t talk about relationship goals when u don’t even have life goals,” he wrote Monday night. “Ain’t you a cheetah girl? Last time u was important n—-s was riding spinners and wearing 6x talk Ts.”

Bailon, though, said there was no shame in her girl group roots. “I certainly STARTED my career in a multi platinum singing group,” she wrote. “Get your facts straight. You don’t need to freeload when you have your own Barbie. God bless.”

Her co-host Tamar Braxton, also blasted in Brown’s initial rant, addressed the singer’s harsh comments about her looks. “I do not know nor do I give a hot damn about your relationship personally,” Braxton, 37, wrote. “Honestly and respectfully I’m VERY sorry if you BOTH were offended about our girl chat…. however you WILL NOT think its ok to come at GROWN women and talk to either myself or @adrienne_bailon as if u have EVER has us each in your bed at ANY point in our lives!”

Neither Brown nor Bailon apologized for the blowup on Tuesday, and Brown made a point to say that his update is not an apology.

“I know that with me being a public figure and one of the best at what I do it’s more of a story to talk about,” Brown concluded in his Instagram update. “It comes with the territory. Like I said before, I say what I feel and what I want especially if anyone has an opinion about me and mine. Somedays I’ll be cool and then other days ima roast ya ass. So this isn’t an apology for yesterday. Just a reflection. People, live ya life, you’ll mess around and go blind looking at me all the time.”
