*(Via SI Live) – Rev Al. Sharpton and members of Eric Garner‘s family announced Saturday that they’re starting a countdown to the special grand jury decision during a morning rally at National Action Network headquarters in Harlem.
“Countdown! Countdown!” Sharpton and the crowd cried during his speech.
The panel’s ruling could come as early as next week, according to a law enforcement source.
“We’re setting the clock today,” the civil rights leader said. “There’s going to be a countdown every day this week. What will the grand jury say about justice for Eric Garner?”
