As cameras take viewers inside his Atlanta home, T.I . reveals the “aha” moment that changed his life as well as how being a father of six helped him to become a better man.
“When I had been federally indicted by the ATF on weapons charges, that was an ‘aha’ moment for me, the Grammy-winning entertainer admitted. “ It put things in perspective once I had already recognized the error in my ways. That was when I was the most positive. That was my growth spurt.”
In addition to T.I., “Oprah: Where Are They Now?” will feature an interview with former “Family Ties” star Meredith Baxter, who will talk candidly about the influence of the classic sitcom as well as life with her wife of two years since opening up about coming out as a lesbian in a 2011 appearance on the “Oprah” show.
Others profiled on the show include with MTV’s “Downtown Julie Brown,” who opens up about her surprising background and life as a wife and mother and former D.C. Mayor Marion Barry.
Rounding out the show will be a visit to the New York City home of “Little House on the Prairie” star Melissa Francis, who left Hollywood for Harvard. The mother of two, who now works as an anchor on FOX Business Network discusses her challenging childhood as a child TV star, and how she got her first big break in news.
