Smith called her out as, “she’s crazy!” And he’s accusing her of bank fraud — having stole $100K from him between October 2011 and March 2012, according to TMZ Sports.
He said she stole $109,000 from him — writing nine unauthorized checks from his checkbook to a Timothy Clayton Carr. He turned out to be a friend of Slaughter’s — cashing the checks for her, according to the authorities and Smith in 2012.
Carr said he didn’t know anything was wrong until the ninth check was cancelled by Smith. Slaughter promised to pay Carr for the ninth check, but she disappeared shortly after the incident.
Slaughter told authorities Smith knew and signed every check for her. He had only cancelled the final check because their relationship ended.
Smith wanted to press charges against Slaughter, but two and a half years later his case is still unresolved — feeling as though the police are ignoring action.
