*Floyd Mayweather, Jr. is guilty of causing bodily injury, according a man who got seriously hurt in a head-on collision. The kicker is he wasn’t even in area when it all happened.
Nevertheless, TMZ reports that a man named Peter Park is suing the boxing champ, claiming he suffered injuries to his head, neck, collarbone, foot and ankle in the collision. The lawsuit stems from an incident involving Park’s car and another vehicle, which had Mayweather’s kids inside. The athlete was nowhere near the crash since he was away at the BET Awards.
The kids were not injured, thanks to Justin Bieber, who happened to be in the area at the time of the wreck and rushed to the scene to comfort the kids. In addition to Mayweather, Park is suing the driver of the vehicle, J’Leon Love. According to the suit, Park claims that Love is a famous boxer who trains the Mayweather Boxing Gym in Las Vegas.
Park goes on to claim in the suit that Love was driving like a complete maniac, weaving in and out of traffic while going at speeds of more than 100 mph. To further add to the situation, Park mentioned that the passenger is his car was also injured in the crash, which happened on L.A.
