*Nicki Minaj got candid about her thoughts of family in addition to fame and fortune during her interview Monday with Ellen DeGeneres.

The 32-year-old singer spoke semi-seriously about her future.

“I want a cute little fat baby!” Nicki exclaimed when asked about her plans for family.

When Ellen, 56, pointed out that Nicki’s future baby might not be fat, the singer replied with a smile, “Then I don’t want it.”
It didn’t sound like Nicki had immediate plans for that baby, however, since she explained that she was equally interested in earning $500 million – a sum she mentioned as a joke earnings goal in a previous interview.

“But I will have a family, even if I don’t have $500 million,” she conceded.

Since the rapper released her third studio album, “The Pinkprint,” on the same day that the interview aired, Ellen asked Nicki about her songs and writing process.

“I had such an emotional year!” Nicki said of her newest album, which has already spawned the hit single, “Anaconda,” plus two more.

“I was writing my album and I think I needed to grow as a human being, and because of it, I just feel more peaceful,” the rap and music artist continued.

Of course Ellen pulled a prank on Nicki – the coffee table to Nicki’s left burst open suddenly to reveal a man wearing a frizzy wig.

“I hate you so much! I could’ve broken my neck,” Nicki laughed.
