*One of Bill Cosby’s accusers is taking action following an attack she says took place in 2008, which is decades after the multitude of other assaults allegedly occurred.

Model Chloe Goins, 24, and attorney Spencer Kuvin turned up at the Los Angeles Police Department headquarters on Wednesday, possibly preparing to file charges, according to TMZ.

In December 2014, Goins came forward alleging she was sexually assaulted, but not raped, by the 77-year-old TV legend at a 2008 Playboy Mansion party. In California, the statute of limitations on sexual assaults, except for rape, is six years. The alleged assault took place more than six years ago.

In her original declaration published by The Daily Mail, Goins announced plans to give a statement to cops.

The model-turned-lap dancer, who was 18 at the time, says things became “foggy” after downing a drink. “I started feeling sick to my stomach and just dizzy,” she said.

Cosby allegedly then took her to a room to recuperate. Goins claims she woke up with Cosby licking her toes and pleasuring himself.

“I came to and remember seeing this big man crouched over me,” she said. “It was Bill Cosby, and he was at my feet, kind of licking and kissing them and I think he bit my toe as that’s what woke me up.” She also believes the philanthropist groped her and licked her breasts.

Although Cosby’s lawyer has dismissed the allegations, he has yet to speak out. However, Cosby joked about rape during a recent show in Canada.

“You have to be careful drinking around me,” he quipped to ladies in the audience.
