*Kanye West visited “Ellen” on Thursday to premiere the music video for “Only One,” his first Paul McCartney collaboration and a song inspired by his daughter North West, according to Rolling Stone.

Spike Jonze-directed video begins with West singing “Only One” in a field obscured and silhouetted by fog, similar to a visual seen in Ye’s recent live performances.

He performed from a distance on the Yeezus tour, but the video shows him up close,  once North West enters the picture. According to Rolling Stone, “it’s as if his daughter is breaking down the wall he constructed between himself and the audience,” with the rapper casually whispering lyrics into his daughter’s ear before they walk together back into the field.

Ellen DeGeneres asked Ye about the title of his upcoming album.

“I don’t know yet. We’re still trying to find it. Trying to find the vibe,” West said. “This transition from what I felt when I did ‘Yeezus’ to what I feel now, and we’re just creating, so we haven’t found it yet.”

West talked about how being a husband has changed him and made him “a better person.” DeGeneres said that he seems “less angry” since marrying Kim Kardashian.

“I was going through my version of the Terrible Twos,” said West. “My daughter, she wants to express herself but she just doesn’t have the words for it. For me, there’s so many things I want to do with film and clothing and I just didn’t have the words or the resources or the backing or the perception that I could do it being a rapper.”

West also credits his Adidas deal with “allowing him some oxygen.”
