America’s Next Top Model creator and host Tyra Banks appears at Carriageworks on December 5, 2014 in Sydney, Australia

*After 10 years, Tyra Banks is giving up her neoclassical Beaux-Arts style apartment in New York City.

The “America’s Next Top Model” mogul is unloading her two-bedroom apartment in New York City’s Nolita area for $3.8 million, according to the New York Daily News. She purchased the pad in 2005 for $2.1 million, which means she could pocket $1.7 million if she finds a buyer willing to accept the asking price.

John Mayer recently sold his apartment in the same building for $4 million.

As much as she loved the trendy neighborhood of Nolita – coined by blending “North Of Little Italy” together – she doesn’t spend much time there anymore due to all her work commitments.

“Tyra believes Nolita is one of the most fun, immersive, electric, trendy areas and loved living amongst the best new restaurants and shops,’ her rep told the Daily News. “She relished going down her elevator being mere steps away from her fave breakfast haunts.”

The 2,000 square-foot dwelling was built before World War II and features spectacular views of Lower Manhattan and Midtown from every room. In addition to the two spacious bedrooms, Tyra’s apartment includes an open kitchen ideal for entertaining, a study, dining room and polished Brazilian mahogany wood floors.

The building, where neighbors include Dakota Fanning, also comes with a round-the-clock doorman and a deck on the roof.

Banks’ career just got even busier now that she’s landed a new syndicated daytime talk show, “The Fab” (Fun And Beautiful), Disney-ABC announced in October.

The lifestyle-driven program will also be co-hosted by Chrissy Teigen, Joe Zee, Lauren Makk and Leah Ashley, and will debut in September 2015.
