The rapper’s throw at Citi Field that went some 20 feet wide of home plate is now an official baseball card from Topps.
Fiddy, who tweets about any and everything, did not announce this distinction in his career. (It was the Mets who let everyone know.) However, he likely hammered out a deal with Topps that made the extra humiliation worth his while.
BTW: Last month, Major League Baseball presented 50 with a plaque for “Most Memorable First Pitch” of 2014.
