*Benzino was arrested for a police officer’s crime, he claims. He was accused of having drugs in his Maserati, but they were found in the police car, according to TMZ.
An Atlanta police report says after Benzino was arrested earlier this week for drug possession and driving without a license, he was put in the back of a police officer’s car and there they found something on the seat.
The officer claims to have found a small piece of marijuana on his waistband and some residue on his fingertips of his right hand.
But Benzino’s attorneys released a video and claim the marijuana was already in the police car, which is completely different from the police report.
