*Jamie Foxx has been put on notice.
Columbus Short’s ex-girlfriend Agostina Laneri is now claiming that the actor threatened to kill the Oscar winner in one of his abusive rants.
According to TMZ, Laneri got a restraining order against Short last week, after claiming he was emotionally abusive to her and physically abusive to her child. She also claims that Columbus told her, “If I choose to kill one of these n****s … I will do that. I’m that crazy n**** that will be on the news as the n**** that murked [murdered] Jamie Foxx.”
Agostina also claims that Columbus hit her child, saying the boy needed to learn. She adding that he once told her, “Don’t forget who I am. I have a knife.”
The site reports that the star has been ordered to stay 100 yards clear of her and her son.
