*A Walmart truck driver involved in the crash that killed a man and severely injured comedian Tracy Morgan and several others, asked a judge to delay the comedic actor’s lawsuit.
Kevin Roper isn’t a defendant in the case against the Bentonville, Arkansas-based company yet he still wants to intervene in order to help his own criminal case, according to Page Six.
Roper filed an appeal to delay Morgan’s lawsuit. He believes delaying it will give him the option of having a fair trial with his own criminal charges.
But an U.S. Magistrate Judge Lois Goodman wrote that delaying Morgan’s suit would affect parties involved and that Roper didn’t provide any relevant case law for his claims.
*In other news, T.I. told TMZ he believes it’s about the Benjamins when it comes to Iggy Azalea‘s so-called husband, Hefe Wine.
He was asked for his thoughts on Hefe allegedly being able to provide proof from a doctor they were married, and he responded with Hefe is only trying to milk her for money.
He said Hefe doesn’t deserve anything from the rapper and that the truth about the “marriage” will come out soon enough.
