*Reginae Carter‘s “My Super Sweet 16” part aired on MTV Monday night. And one person was noticeably missing from the special, her stepfather, Memphitz.
Her mother, Toya Wright, didn’t take too kindly to her estranged husband deletion from the special. She took to Twitter to express her distaste, according to HipHollywood.
“I didn’t appreciate how they cut my husband out the show #f*ckedup #heplaysahugepartinherlife #smh. Regardless of what’s going on with us he’s still her stepfather. #Naeday,” Wright posted.
There’s no clear reason why he was cut from the show, which taped back in December. Although, Wright recently opened up about their martial issues, they seemed to be having a good time at Reginae’s sweet 16 party.
“My husband is going through a lot right now and I’ll continue to pray for him in his situation and hope that it gets better for him. Because I took a vow for better or worse and a lot of people don’t understand that who aren’t married,” Wright told Necole Bitchie.
