*When Oprah Winfrey has to pee, heaven and earth must be moved.
Luckily, her “Selma” director Ava DuVernay was there to assist the TV legend when her bladder became unbearably full between Oscar parties.
TMZ reports:
We’re told that on Thursday around 10:30 p.m., a black SUV pulled up in front of an anonymous office building in Santa Monica — and a woman climbed out and knocked on the door. The owner of a blog called World WideKat, who was working late, opened up, and he was shocked to see “Selma” director Ava DuVernay.
“I have Oprah and she really has to pee!” DuVernay exclaimed. “Can she use your bathroom?”
We’re told the guy obliged and a relieved Winfrey graciously thanked him and was more than happy to take a photo after the drama.
Another owner of the company, who was not on the scene to witness Oprah’s appearance, posted online, “The woman needs to use the ladies room and she stops by our freaking office! What are the odds for gods sakes? I’m in shock.”
A rep for Winfrey explained DuVernay had actually been working in the same building earlier in the day, at another company, and that Winfrey had been giving her a lift back to her car.
