*Marion “Suge” Knight is back in prison following a brief hospitalization to treat chest pains.

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Kelvin Moody says Suge was released and taken into custody around 9 p.m. Wednesday, according to the Associated Press.

The 49-year-old complained of chest pains Tuesday about an hour after he pleaded not guilty to murder, attempted murder and hit-and-run charges.

Knight is accused of running down and killing his friend Terry Carter, 55, and trying to kill Cle “Bone” Sloan, 51, in a burger stand parking lot Jan. 29 after an argument on the set of “Straight Outta Compton.”

Suge’s former attorney, James Blatt, has said the former mogul was attacked by four people, including Sloan, as he pulled into the lot after Carter asked him to come for a meeting. Knight hit the gas as he fled in fear, Blatt said.

Kenner said his client is remorseful about Carter’s death but that does not mean he’s guilty of the crimes.

“He feels bad that somebody that he knew is deceased,” Kenner said. “It’s not his fault.”

Michael R. Shapiro, an attorney who represents Sloan, said his client has a mangled left foot and some neurological issues and is recovering from his injuries under heavy security.

Knight is scheduled to appear for a hearing Monday to determine whether he can be released on bail or must stay in custody. He could face life in prison if convicted.

Meanwhile, a witness to the fatal hit-and-run made a breathless call to 911 after taking photos and trying to follow Suge as he fled the scene.

In the recording, obtained by the Daily News, the unidentified female caller frantically dialed 911 after passing by Tam’s Burgers in Compton, Calif., Thursday afternoon and seeing the alleged murder and attempted murder in progress.

“This car ran over two guys. They were fighting and then, um, he just pulled back and pulled forward and run them over,” the female caller told the operator.

“Two guys are laying down,” she said as she tried to describe the address while the operator asked the name of the city “Compton I think. I just passed by. They were fighting,” the caller stammered. “We tried to follow the truck when we took pictures but we don’t know…”

“It’s 142nd and Central, ma’am,” the caller said with irritation. “I’m giving you the address. It’s 142nd and the cross street is Central. Rosecrans and Central if it’s better for you.”
