*This may be hard to believe, but its true.
It all began to unravel when Melodie Peil had a hard time locking the passenger door on her 1990 Chevy van. So she asked a friend to help her.  The first thing the friend did was undo the door’s interior panel to check out the lock mechanism. It was then that he noticed the door’s frame was packed solid with bricks of grass.
No, not that grass. Grass of the not yet legal in every state kind. And the woman had driven the van over 15 years, through all sorts of check-points (and passed) as well as transported her family throughout the neighborhood. All of this time, with a stowaway she never knew about.
Now of course you’re thinking, didn’t she smell anything? Apparently you (nor I) have never packed drugs professionally. Perhaps it was the strong saran-wrap that protected the bricks’ odor. They apparently hasd’t seen the business end of a scrub brush since its original purchase from the used car dealership. (See attached video news clip.)
