*Warner Bros has announced a release date for its Kevin Hart-Dwayne Johnson comedy “Central Intelligence.”
The studio will open the buddy film on June 17, 2016, reports The Wrap.
Rawson Marshall Thurber is directing “Central Intelligence,” which is a buddy action-comedy that sees Johnson as a formerly bullied high school student turned CIA badass, who enlists the help of Hart’s character, a former classmate, to help foil a villainous plot.
“Central Intelligence” will go up against Pixar’s long-awaited animated sequel “Finding Dory.”
