Now he can add Eddie Murphy to his growing list of A-listers because the funnyman/actor is now set to appear in Daniels’ upcoming Richard Pryor biopic production
Murphy joins Mike Epps, who will play Pryor, Oprah Winfrey, who’s set to star as Pryor’s grandmother, and Kate Hudson, who plays Pryor’s wife, Jennifer Pryor.
According to theGrio, “Entertainment Tonight” broke the story of Murphy saying yes. There’s no official word on his role, but we here at EUR hear Eddie will play Richard’s father so we shall see.
Most likely Daniels will also direct the film and oh yeah, he posted a photo of himself and Murphy yesterday on Instagram withthis caption
“Step in and brace yourself. They done let me and him out of our cages! #idonteventhinkimreadyforthisone! #excited #proud #OMG.”
