*Like the saying goes, it’s a different world.

And for proof, you don’t have to look any further than what’s happening with Bruce Jenner.

The 1976 Olympic decathlon gold medal winner-turned-Kardashian patriarch sat down with ABC’s Diane Sawyer for a two hour interview to talk about his transition from male to female.

Jenner talked to Sawyer about growing up as child in the 50s and wanting to wear his sisters’ dresses, cover his short hair with his mother’s scarves and go outside.

“I was a lonely boy. I’m still a lonely big boy,” Jenner said. “I don’t socialize a lot. I’m not an outgoing person. I never fit in.”

At one point he added:

“I see women and think how lucky they are that they can wake up in the morning and be themselves.”

And then there are those who think the whole thing is a publicity stunt. Well Bruce clearly wants to set the record straight on that.
