He teamed up with Kenyatta Griggs of Hip Hop Motivation and released chapter one in audiobook format. In the chapter, “Life After Corporate Wealth,” he details his upbringing and how his independence was inspired by his mother.
“Everything that I am is because of my mother, independence was very important to her.She never relied on anyone for anything,” he said. “I always seen my mother take nothing and turn it into something.”
According to Dash, it’s important to be able to read, write and do math. His best teacher was the experience he’s personally garnered over the years.
“It’s best you go to school until you find out what it is you want to become and when you do find what that is my advice is that you go out and live it,” he said.
