*Washington, DC – The Travel Channel has tapped TV host and pop culture commentator Jawn Murray to host a new series called “Night Crawl New York with Jawn Murray.” The five-episode series focuses on New York nightlife venues and premiered this week on the network’s digital platform TravelChannel.com.
“Having covered pop culture for years, I’m always trying to discover places where the cool, hip crowd would lounge; as well as venues that have celebrity appeal. The five venues we used to kick off ‘Night Crawl New York’ embody just that,” said Murray.
“Night Crawl New York with Jawn Murray” is the first TV project to bear the Editor-in-Chief of AlwaysAList.com’s name. The series was shot by acclaimed cinematographer Francisco Aliwalas and produced by Travel Channel executive Pamela Sealy.

The Washington, DC-based talent has made a half-dozen appearances on the nationally syndicated “The Meredith Vieira Show,” as well as being featured for a fifth time on “The Wendy Williams Show” Hot Talk Panel.
