*Ludacris‘ baby mama, Tamika Fuller, was denied a motion for a new trial after judge Doris L. Downs awarded Luda custody of their 2-year-old daughter Cai Bella Bridges.

Fuller was hoping for a second chance at winning custody of her daughter at Fulton County courthouse. Her lawyer, Lisa West, argued Luda has the money to buy off judges.

West said (Ludacris) bought custody of Cai and the judge didn’t take too kindly to the lawyer’s accusations of that she took money from the rapper, according to Sandra Rose.

Fuller’s lawyer claimed the rapper/actor was in business with an Atlanta blogger who published positive stories in his favor, but Fuller never sold a story or sought after compensation.

Nevertheless, Luda’s lawyerJohn Mayoue showed the court the essay Fuller had published on MadameNoire, which she violated the court order not to publish photos of Cai.

The judge looked at the article and then asked the attorneys if they had any other evidence. They both said no. She said, “MOTION DENIED!”
