*Lupe Fiasco used Twitter to rail against his neighborhood Dollar General for calling the police on him over the weekend.
The rapper says he was making a phone call in the store’s parking lot when the worker stepped to him, accused him of loitering and threatened to call the cops.
Dear @DollarGeneral please teach ur employees that loyal customers making phone calls in ur parking lots during store hours aren’t criminals

To harass a customer, accuse them of loitering on private property and threaten them with police action is not good business @DollarGeneral

According to Lupe’s tweets, it appears the employee accused him of exhibiting threatening behavior when he wouldn’t hang up the phone.
Please teach your @DollarGeneral employees the difference between a “threat” & someone finishing a phone call before they spend money with u

A little respect and understanding before baseless and harmful accusations are thrown goes a long long way @DollarGeneral

Lupe ended the tirade with the message, “Do better.”
Do better @DollarGeneral Thanx…ex customer Sincerely Lupe Fiasco
