k michelle & memphitz*MempHitz lost the defamation suit he filed against K. Michelle and “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” producers. He took to Instagram and blasted her with his dislike towards the verdict and black women’s non-support of black men.

He sued “LHHATL,” Mona-Scott Young‘s Monami Entertainment and K. back in September 2012. She (K.) used the reality series to tell her stories about domestic violence.

Memphitz wanted $15 million in compensatory damages and $50 million in punitive damages. That was until the judge decided to dismiss the lawsuit.

As theYBF notes, in a series of posts to try and expose K as a liar, Memphitz dug up a “LAHH” episode clip of K claiming she still had possession of every text message allegedly sent from MempHitz where he threatened to kill her son.

In another IG clip, K. is on the stand during her deposition where MempHitz’s attorney asks K. if she ever presented the alleged texts to her attorney or Monami Entertainment in which she replied, “No.” Then, he posts another deposition clip where K reveals she does NOT still have possession of the alleged texts. She responded, “No, I don’t keep text messages. You know, I have a life.”
