taraji-p-henson*They killed her off, but now that she’s a hot ticket, they want her back.

Taraji P. Henson is obviously very comfortable at Fox with the success of “Empire.” But that doesn’t mean she can’t switch networks to revisit the past.

According to TVGuide.com, Henson will reprise her role as Detective Joss Carter in an upcoming episode of her former show, “Person of Interest.” Despite being killed off in the third season of the CBS procedural, Henson will not return as a ghost.

According to a synopsis of the episode, per TV Guide, “Carter will appear in flashbacks during an episode that finds Reese (Jim Caviezel) going solo on a perilous and personal journey to solve a cold homicide case Carter was never able to close. Will John be able to take care of her unfinished business?”

The “Person of Interest” episode featuring Henson will air on April 14.

In the meanwhile, Henson’s Instagram account was visited by 50 Cent, who posted a heads up about the second season of his show “Power” while acknowledging Henson’s popular “Empire” character with a slight bit of shade.

“Look Cookie it’s my turn now POWER season 2 BOOM,” the rapper wrote Tuesday (April 7) underneath a week-old picture of Henson showing off her toned body.

As of this posting, Henson hadn’t responded to 50’s post. The last time Fiddy and Henson sparred on social media, the actress hit him with notice that she doesn’t pay attention to “cents.”

Would anyone care to predict how Henson would respond to 50, if she even chooses to go there? Weigh in below.
