*The National Enquirer claims that Michael Strahan and Damon Dash are caught up in a stripper scandal because they’re part owners of a club that was discovered to have allowed sex-related shenanigans with live nude girls.

Strahan and Dash are among the celebrity co-owners of Manhattan nightclub The Leonora, and The Enquirer has obtained legal documents accusing the celebrity hot spot of “permitting lewd and indecent conduct” behind the velvet ropes.

More specifically, the State of New York Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control is saying the club was serving up “topless entertainment” and “lap dancing” on March 19. Authorities also claimed the club hosted “lewd and indecent conduct and/or lewd and indecent performance and/or exhibition!”

This would make the venue in violation of its operating license.

A club spokesman says the state has it all wrong, and that any allegations of stripping are really rooted in two “overzealous girls who took their tops off.”

“It was just a confluence of bad timing,” said Bruce David Lynn. “We do not, under any circumstances, have a strip night at the club … Someone saw it and reported it, but I don’t think our liquor license is in jeopardy.”

As for the 43-year-old co-host of “Live with Kelly and Michael!,” Bruce characterized the retired NFL player’s involvement in the club as “very minimal,” adding: “Yes, he’s supportive of The Leonora … He came early on to check out the space, and he really liked it.”
