*Michelle Obama is sharing her workout routine as part of the #GimmeFive challenge, which celebrates the fifth anniversary of the First Lady’s “Let’s Move” campaign to raise awareness about healthy living in the United States.
FLOTUS, 51, has been asking the public to use social media to tell her what five things they do to stay healthy. Her new video is in response to her husband’s video of his five things, in which he challenged her to do the same.
In the 35-second clip, the first lady skips rope, does abdominal crunches with a weighted ball, jumps on and off a bench, chest presses 35-pound dumbbells and kick box with a heavy bag.
The video was recorded in the gym in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building next door to the White House and blasted out late Tuesday on the first lady’s Twitter feed.
