*We doubt it’ll help, but maybe someone should inform Offset of the rap group Migos that it’s not smart to cuss out the judge who’s deciding your fate with the criminal justice system.

Not surprisingly, Offset (real name: Kiari Kendrell Cephus) finds himself in deep doo-doo today because, among other things, he allegedly spearheaded riot at the jail he’s locked down in. On top of that, as the judge involved with his case has denied his bond once again connected with the group’s arrest on April 18 .

According to the Statesboro Herald, the rapper allegedly shouted out profanities at Bulloch County (Georgia) Superior Court judge John R. Turner, after his plea was rejected to be freed on bond due to his lengthy rap sheet and his recent jail fight.

If you’re not aware, the three Migos, were busted by authorities backstage after a show at Georgia Southern University’s annual Spring Bling concert. All three were charged for misdemeanor marijuana possession, felony possession of a schedule II narcotic and carrying a loaded gun on school property.

While the two other members, Quavo and Takeoff, have been released on bond, Offset faces an additional charge of gun possession by a convicted felon, and is still locked behind bars.

Due to the ‘riot’ incident in which he’s said to have started, Offset faces additional charges of battery and causing a riot in a penal institution after an altercation with another inmate. According to HotNewHip, the group has since pushed back their “Young Rich Nation Tour” from May until July.
