Vivica A. Fox Out, Shar Jackson in for ‘Hollywood Divas’ Season 2

vivica-a. fox*Maybe it was Wendy Williams’ blasting her for accepting TV One’s invite to join the show, but Vivica A. Fox’s return to reality TV has come and gone.

TheJasmineBrand.com reports that the 50-year-old entertainer will NOT be part of the cast of “Hollywood Divas” for the show’s upcoming second season. Fox herself confirmed the news on Twitter after a fan named @ThePootiestTang asked actress:

“I wonder if @MsVivicaFox is really gonna be on the next season of #HollywoodDivas.”

“NO darling Its not going to happen,” Fox replied.

As for why she’s not coming to “Hollywood Divas,” Fox mentioned in a separate tweet to the TheJasmineBrand that, “No, I didn’t quit the show my contract just didn’t work out! I wish them well on a great season.”

It’s not like Fox doesn’t have enough on her plate. Between her popular wig line, working on the “Independence Day” sequel and prepping for the release of “Chocolate City,” it’s a good bet that she will be just fine.

In April, cast members, including Jackson, who is noted for appearing in a few episodes of “Hollywood Divas” season one in support of her friend and former co-star Vaughn, were spotted shooting scenes for the reality series on scenes on Tom Joyner’s Fantastic Voyage.
