*Lauryn Hill and her band had to cancel a performance in Lagos, Nigeria due to travel constraints, but she made up for it by giving them (and all of us) a video of herself performing one of the songs in the lineup…from her living room.
“Listen, we’re very sorry we couldn’t be there with you tonight. We were at the airport for seven hours yesterday trying to get to you,” she said before promising to eventually “get there.”
Until then, this video of her acoustic version of “Doo Wop (That Thing)” will have to do.
