*Looks like two can play the game as John Legend reacts to Jamie Foxx’s spot-on impression of him singing the “Toys R’ Us” jingle on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”
Foxx’ performance came courtesy of “Musical Impressions Generator,” a “Tonight Show” segment that paired random musicians up with random songs. After the pairing, “Tonight Show” guests have to impersonate the musician singing the picked song.
Seeing that Foxx’s version of the jingle proved popular, Legend took it upon himself to perform the “Toys R’ Us” jingle himself, complete with a little jab at Foxx’s infamous performance of the national anthem before the Floyd Mayweather-Manny Pacquiao fight with a few “Hallelujah”s at the end.
