*Deadline.com is reporting that Detroit-born rapper Eminem has been tapped to participate behind the scenes of Paramount TV’s drama series inspired by Joe Carnahan’s 2002 film “Narc” – which is set in the Motor City.
The artist is said to be in talks to join the project as an executive producer and music supervisor, and as part of that he is expected to write some original songs, reports Deadline.
Carnahan has written a pilot script and is set to direct and executive produce the drama, which is expected to be shopped to networks.
