*Fox News has broken up with Sarah Palin a second time.

According to Politico, the network opted not to renew the former vice presidential candidate’s contract in the beginning of June. “Executives consider her less relevant now, and her appearances were sometimes hampered by the vast time difference with Alaska,” Politico said.

Palin, who has her own show on the Sportsman Channel, will continue to appear as a guest on the network, but is now free to appear on other networks.

The polarizing conservative will also be a player in 2016 congressional and governors’ races, already fielding requests by candidates to appear on their behalf.

Fox and Palin first split in early 2013 before reuniting again six months later.
