*Jason Derulo has put his sprawling 13,000-square-foot Coconut Creek, Fla., home on the market – and now it could be yours for an asking price of $2.9 million.
The secluded property, located just 40 miles north of the Miami native’s hometown, includes seven bedrooms, a game room, full gym and poolside bar.
The 25-year-old singer reportedly added a wall around the house for additional privacy and safety.
The guesthouse was converted into a recording and mirrored dance studio, where he could work on routines. According to public records, the new “So You Think You Can Dance” judge purchased the home for $1.75 million in 2012.
Derulo, who ended his three-year relationship with the “American Idol” alum Jordin Sparks last year, also has a seven-bedroom castle-style compound in Tarzana, Calif., which he recently bought for nearly $3.5 million.
