*No doubt fans of Lauryn Hill’s iconic album, “The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill,” remember the words to “To Zion,” the powerful dedication she penned to her firstborn, Zion Marley.

The track chronicled her decision to keep her son, after being advised against it for the sake of her career. Hill also said that her pregnancy helped her kick writer’s block, so we have Zion to thank for that classic album!

Son of Hill and Rohan Marley, 17-year-old Zion David Marley recently attended his high school prom with his girlfriend, Kristen Richardson.

Photos of the cute couple appeared on Instagram, showing Zion and his lovely date pull up in a Rolls Royce.
