*Rick Ross got pulled over near Atlanta for tinted windows…but ended up booked into the Fayette County Jail on a marijuana charge.
According to WSB-TV, Ricky Rozay had been pulled over by police for a window tint violation, which is when the officer reportedly smelled and later located marijuana in his Bentley. The arrest took place in the Atlanta metro area.
The Maybach Music Group founder was arrested in North Carolina a year ago for not appearing at a hearing for a previous marijuana charge from 2013. He was taken into custody immediately following a performance at the 2014 SuperJam in Greensboro, NC and later released on $1,000 bail.
Ross has faced two other drug charges in recent years. In 2011, he was charged with a similar misdemeanor marijuana charge in Louisiana, and in 2008, he was arrested for not only marijuana possession but for carrying a concealed firearm, as well. Back in 2011, he told Rolling Stone that the longest he has gone without being high had been a flight to South Africa.
