*Married WNBA stars Brittney Griner and Glory Johnson are in a family way.
A month after their wedding, the couple is expecting their first child, reports TMZ. Johnson announced that she is preggers.
Sources tell the website they found out just a few weeks ago — and insist Johnson was not pregnant at the time of the domestic violence incident in Arizona back in April.
The couple used a sperm donor whose identity has not been revealed.
Johnson, 24, made the announcement via Instagram, showing a picture of a bun in an oven … with the caption, “#WelcomeToTheJohnsonGrinerFamily.”
Sources close to the couple tell TMZ that Griner and Johnson had been planning to have a family through artificial insemination for months … and they began trying right around the time of the wedding.
Glory, of course, will not play with her Tulsa Shock team this WNBA season, which begins Friday. No word on how this will impact her seven game suspension stemming from her domestic violence arrest back in April.
